@simon_lucy @Edent Unless they have an accomplice call the bank first and pretend to be you. If that call causes your app to show that as them being on the phone with you, you are in the same situation. Yes but it depends on my number, my number is the expected one. If they use a different number and they haven't gone through security it will fail. @simon_lucy @Edent And in any case, it is never the bank. The bank will not call you. And if they do, it will only ever be to say “Please call the fraud number on the back of your card.” |

It covers the case of someone calling (or you calling them) claiming to be them and going through the security but you've not yet responded.
