@rogue_corq Yeah. Because it’s easier to get stuff done than a million messages.

@rogue_corq although I did for some time keep getting calls from some woman who had the wrong number but kept calling it anyhow and insisted I didn’t know who I was. That was fun. @VModifiedMind I kept getting calls for early dismissal at local school to pick up someone's kid ;-) @VModifiedMind I texted back several times - it was clear it was a legacy phone number,. The old number was signed up to a lot of low-income support services. I'd certainly been there, myself. Best I could do was correct the record. Wherever they are, I hope they're doing well. 🙏 @rogue_corq I've got a number in the UK that people assume isn't real becuse it's such a good number. So I've had the opposite issue of people not calling me as they thought I gave fake contact info @VModifiedMind @rogue_corq I used to get early dismissal school pickup calls for two different local schools, for two different kids in the same family. Now I only get bugged by Portfolio Recovery Associates for a $800 debt they probably paid $8 to acquire. I wish I could charge off my debt for pennies on the dollar. @VModifiedMind when I lived in #Brevard county the area code was petitioned for the space coast ...3..2..1... #NASA #spacecoast It's also super easy on auto dialers ;-) |
@VModifiedMind ❤️ Alas, you don't have a cell phone in the US "321" area code. It's mind-numbing how many robocalls we get.
