@nikitonsky we can laugh at git all we want, but having used everything from VAX cms to RCS, sccs, zip files, PVCS, svn, and git - in my opinion git is what I would choose today over all the others.

If anyone is struggling, find someone that really understands git and is able to explain it and coach you through the mental model.
