@iusondemand Don’t you think that either deriving a birthdate (accurate or inaccurate) from a mathematical model based on huge amounts of data or scraping it off Google is a processing in itself for wich OpenAI is the controller? 🤔 |
@iusondemand The GDPR does cover inaccurate data as long as it relates to a person.
Dice throwing is actually not even new. A whole lot of marketing data is also probabilistic, meaning that it is statistically wrong a number of times.
GenAI is just big tech’s latest data-hungry fad.
