@tvler I try to use formal wording but I don't do the preambles or postambles anymore.
@gudenau @tvler I always open my emails with a reference to the person they are meant for. Than means polite people will stop reading and anyone who reads past that point cannot claim it was a good faith mistake.
@jhavok @tvler Most of my emails are to support so it's whomever reads it.
