@gamingonlinux Found the speculation earlier today around on the internet about whether the takedowns were legitimate or not to be a bit strange.

Even if they were illegitimate Valve/FP would need to reach out to Nintendo to confirm, and by that point Nintendo would simply issue legitimate takedowns when they've been forced to acknowledge the fact that GMod's workshop contains Nintendo content. So it wouldn't really change things and the content would still need to be taken down.
