In the trial of the forced eviction of an 84-year-old, the Wedding District Court decided that the man must leave his house in Berlin-Reinickendorf.
The termination against the pensioner was legally binding, court spokeswoman Paula Riester told the rbb on Monday. The court had set an eviction period of three months.
