Wiki old-timers might remember that for the first month of Wikipedia, CamelCase was the only way to make hyperlinks. Back then, article titles had bizarre capitalization like "EartH" and "JapaN" and "ReLigion"! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:CamelCase_and_Wikipedia
