Dordromantik. It's a hex tile based map making puzzle game that makes my autistic brain happy.

@gamingonlinux An indie game from developer of my country. It is fun playing demo for now.

@gamingonlinux For 8-ish bucks you get MOTHERED, one of the most atmospheric and unique horror games I've seen in a long shot

Not a recent purchase, but I got back into it earlier this year when one of its campaigns got updated with a third episode. A solid game inspired by Half-Life and S.T.A.L.K.E.R..

@gamingonlinux this one store.steampowered.com/app/986

it's a little janky still but i really respect how far they've managed to take the concept "open world procedurally generated blade runner murder mystery"

@gamingonlinux I can recommend Sable. It's a cute exploration game and the first game in years that I enjoyed playing for quite some time. It has some bad performance, sadly (at least on ps5), but it's still a great game!

@gamingonlinux I've been quite enjoying store.steampowered.com/app/190 by David Walters.

- Windows only, but runs great on the Steam Deck
- early access
- a published roadmap

If you liked LHX Attack Chopper on the Genesis/Mega Drive, should definitely give this one a look.

@gamingonlinux I’ve been working on 100%ing Brotato. I added the cornucopia mod from the steam workshop too and it’s been a good time. Not really unknown but still fun.

@gamingonlinux Probably the only one not to be listed on Steam, but Vintage Story is a fun sandbox reminiscent of some of the more "hardcore" Minecraft mods of yesteryear, particularly TerraFirmaCraft:

@gamingonlinux I usually try to play the game to completion before making a review. Which means less reviews in general.

Though for some games it's easy to make an exception. So as I noticed that I haven't reviewed Balatro, I went and reviewed it. Might not be the last one that I review today as I found other one, that I feel like I have played enough to review it. Might be small review spree.

Thanks for reminding me.

What I have been actually playing recently is No Mans Sky.

@gamingonlinux Vintage Story is a brutal, uncompromising nightmare survival game that I can’t stop playing.
