@jamesh They seem to mean well, and though they might not have a clear grasp of the current status, and likely prospects for, the relevant technology, getting in early with neurorights / privacy legislation might not be a bad idea.

@gregeganSF Yep: a law based around privacy and informed consent would be better. And maybe don't limit it so it only affects "government, foreign government and large corporations".
