Shout out for #AG1 (former #AthleticGreen), what an excellent experience when you deal with them. First, some time ago I had problem with credit card and I had to cancel my sub with them, but instead I found out that they have a button "wait, don't send this order this time" (if you have reoccurring billing for customers, consider to follow, that's amazing practice!). Now, after DHL being slightly shitty company I didn't get my last parcel, so I contacted AG1 support just to ask them to help me track my delivery, instead they "oh, we don't like when our customers have bad experience, we just sent you new package and some extra so you could feel better :blobcatfluffowo:" (not verbatim ofc he he)

I think I'm starting to understand how some company are getting followers for life. And all this on top of really great product itself!
