@mwl It looks like the info on reddit might be old because they added that to their TOS in July of 2021 so anybody whose used Vultr since then has already agreed to the "new" TOS. Just a heads up.

@mwl They've never required users to agree to their TOS before? Okay that's wild and I don't understand how it took them this long to realize that oversight. I'm shocked a company their size didn't get buried in legal issues without an enforceable TOS.

Maybe they thought this was enough to enforce it (or maybe it was)?

@KuJoe I read the ToS when I first signed up, and agreed to them. This wasn't there.

Now they're requiring active agreement to them, which meant re-reading.
