@mwl

This looks weird. I've sent a request asking for clarification, we'll see if they get to it this century. Like others say this must be a copy/paste mess up.

Secondly, I'm being asked to agree to TOS before even providing my login credentials. Sounds like they're doing it backwards.

I can see how using their "services", i.e. help forums, or whatever "vultr.com" things they reference can be used, but using people's personal and business websites for content seems to run against copy-write law.

It says all users must be registered before adding comments / uploading files / viewing content. Although anyone can view my blog there without registering, which makes me think it relates to "their" vultr specific content.

Thanks for the notice, will keep a close eye on this one. Vultr was one of the few places that are freebsd friendly.

@mwl the "use your content as necessary to provide you with Services." is the weird part.

This could just mean I give them permission to serve blog with pics/content to those who request it, say by going to my website.

There's probably some lawyer who decided they could get sued if a person uploaded "content" (meant to be served) and they "served" it to someone else.

We all know that's the intended consequence of putting something on your webserver, but how do you put that in "legalese"?
