 @gamingonlinux I'm surprised it's worth the effort. The site is already great with comments and everything. I guess it's mostly to draw in new readers? @trezzer Reddit is one of the most popular places to share stuff online, it's huge @gamingonlinux Oh yes, I get that. In this context I was thinking about Lemmy. Don't get me wrong; I want it to grow. I just wonder if it's worth the extra effort for you. But it may be a good long-term investment of your time, I suppose. @trezzer not everything is for growth, plenty of what i do is just for community @gamingonlinux Just quit Reddit, it was uncomfortable and annoyingly worse last couple months. @gamingonlinux I havent heard of Lemmy. Iām open to it though, I do enjoy Reddit scrolling but Iām not afraid to delete an account when companies get too shady these days (already did it with Facebook, Twitter and discord). |
