Which on that note my previous #ActivityPub FEP on control messages is now hosted at https://github.com/larpconnect/featherpub/blob/main/feps/6f55/index.md where I think it is going to live for awhile while I tweak and fix things around it and get a working implementation.

@hrefna cool, glad you're doing this, from a first read it makes a lot of sense. Totally agreed o the distinction between scoping and an access control mechanism! One minor potential correction: the Design segment says "MUST NOT contain any fragment other than #Limited or #Public", presumably it should also allow #Local ? |

Note that the FEPs in this project are not "official" FEPs yet, they aren't submitted to the FEP process yet, that's just the eventual goal for them and so I've marked and labeled them as they should (hopefully) be labeled when further along.
But balancing between codeberg and GitHub and keeping everything up to date when trying to do development on a project that actively uses these was proving to be too complex, so I am working on them locally first.
