Illustrator: Edit > Preferences > General > check Force enable pinch-to-zoom on touchpad

Photoshop: Edit > Preferences > General > Tools > check Enable Gestures and Zoom with Scroll Wheel

Indesign: use Alt+Scroll with two fingers because there is no pinch-to-zoom lol
