Gregory's Server@still @GossiTheDog I think it's changed. I installed my first Win11 a couple weeks ago, found that method among others online, and none worked for me. I had a former student walk me through the dark incantations of what's apparently the new method to install with local accounts. I wish I wrote it down but he said it's all online. It has something to do with disabling an online check and then rebooting and some other stuff. It's all so ridiculous. Anyway, good luck and I wish I could help beyond "it's still possible."
@cR0w @GossiTheDog I actually don't think this is an intended feature - as in, this email is not what causes the account fallback.
Apparently this local account creation can still be triggered if the account is locked due to too many retries on Microsoft's end, so it can technically be any email that you'll have to sacrifice by spamming it with password attempts.
Either that, or it was a legitimate bypass at some point and is no longer the case in current Windows 11 builds.
