@inthehands I’m already seeing a lot of resumes where it’s clear it’s written for an AI screener and not a human. I had one with a table in it! Which makes *perfect* sense if you’re trying to get through a screener. Companies should probably start disclosing if they use a screener or not so you submit both a AI-Resume and a Human-resume

@civicwhitaker @inthehands Many companies use keyword screening and have for years. It's why many learned to put a second page of their resume with keywords in white text so it's visible to bots, not humans.

Now people will have to learn how to manipulate the algorithm in new ways to be seen.

Worse yet? Literally none of this would be a concern if a reasonable UBI & a minimum living wage both existed. This would ensure everyone's needs are met, regardless of which jobs the machines take.
