Gregory's ServerHR filtering is already an absolute trainwreck. Waiting for AI to make it all but impenetrable.
I had run into a person that I wanted to hire. Showed him an ad that we had for the position. He wrote a cover letter, and massaged his resume to cover the requirements and submitted it.
I never heard anything for over a week. Contacted the HR rep covering my department. They claimed ignorance. Contacted the applicant, he confirmed when he'd submitted it.
He sent me copies of his resume and cover letter. It should have been a slam dunk.
Got back in touch with HR. All they could confirm was that the applicant had been filtered out, but they could not determine why. Beyond Fucking useless.
