 @inthehands @CptSuperlative This has been the case for several years now. I used to ask people I knew for help in applying because I knew I was getting weeded out, but I would just get told I was well qualified and to apply on the website. As if I couldn't see that that wasn't how they had got *their* jobs. So I gave up. |
@CptSuperlative It’s brutal out there, and I know a lot of people who are just beside themselves trying to navigate the current hiring environment chaos.
