That's something I'd love a reporter covering this spam wave to know: Discord is being used to coordinate illegal activity, and discord has no mechanisms for people to report abuse. abuse@ and support@ emails are dead ends, and their contact form has no "report abuse" option that works. Reporting it via the child safety team also didn't work. @thisismissem @verge @404mediaco @theregister they seem to want people to join the offending Discord servers and put themselves at risk to flag specific messages from specific people with no way to flag the offending server itself.
I'm not sure why they chose to do this but it's clearly by design.

@thisismissem haha yes, discord trust and safety is completely effed up :D people can do any illegal stuff on discord nowadays and their sh--ty t&s team won't do anything to those people, unless cops show up at their office. absolutely f--king bonkers of a platform and I have no clue how it's not sued to the grounds already

hey, @thisismissem, maybe try out reaching to no text to speech youtube guy, perhaps he can make the platform by highlighting the issue, and he already made a video about discord terrible moderation when it comes to exposing minors to NSFW, so dunno, maybe he will make a video about discord doing nothing about spam attack coordination too
