We've never really made much of it, for this reason. Just as New Year's is "Amateur Night" for people who actually go out a lot, Valentine's Day is one of the worst days to try to do something publicly romantic. Expensive, crowded, silly.

We were gonna maybe get a little fancy with dinner at home (I've been wanting to try a sole meunier and we have this amazing butter), but the avocados are ready, so it's Valentine's tacos.
