Next in "Nails by Wikipedia," a series where themes are chosen by Wikipedia's "random page" function: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancistrus_tamboensis Murder Kitty has spent most of the afternoon in the front window to monitor goings-on outside. Look at how vigilant she is! It's Murder Kitty's 1st Murderversary! A year ago today, I took her off the street where she'd been living at least several days. She had been super-friendly to strangers before that, but after I took her home, she tried to kill me. A lot. She is mostly a sweetie now. Mostly. (Special appearance by Fred, who has since gone down to a healthy weight thanks to the Murder Kitty Workout.) When they think it's time for me to get up in the morning and feed them, Fred and George try to annoy the hell out of me. Murder Kitty, on the other hand, climbs to the top of the tall (~2m) bookcase next to my bed and tries to give me a heart attack. Fortunately I don't think either of these taste good. The cats had a big adventure last night. Murder Kitty zoomed out, so I left the front door cracked open when I went to get her and, well, wackiness ensued. At one point, I surprised Fred and MK, looking like they got caught smoking behind the gym. Special event. Right hand is for Fred's 2nd adoptiversary, left hand is for the birthday of my pub trivia mates' bunny Bob. Today is Fred's 2nd Adoptiversary! Happy Gotcha Day to my handsome kitty! (My attempts at taking a dignified portrait were thwarted.) I had tried to do a very complicated design last week which turned into a massive mess. Then I've been down with a cold the better part of a week, so I went back to basics this time. Murder Kitty could not resist the Temptations. |
