@erikvorhes Wow. I remember 10ish years ago when RoR was the “best thing since sliced bread” and DHH was everywhere and what he said had an influence in the web industry (for better or worse). He’s showing his true self after the basecamp politics talk controversy last year and seems convinced to keep digging a hole for himself. 😮

He also very obviously (albeit implicitly) calls out systemic racism as bad (and links to https://www.wsj.com/articles/illinois-shocking-report-card-reading-math-grade-level-decatur-teachers-school-board-11664722519 as an example).
I don't *like* him, and I certainly don't agree with all of his claims in that post, but this attack on him is uncalled for and unjustified.
