@ceralor Sharter does this all the time. "Or current resident" is an immediate giveaway, almost all of the solicitations have them on it. But even the ones that don't I usually bin immediately at this point because I *know* I have no business with them.
@ceralor Obnoxious, for sure, but it's just Yet More Bullshit in the mail, like insurance ads in the coupons things or "domain listing" solicitation letters that look like bills.
@ceralor Another tell: bills and the like are required to be sent as first-class mail. If you get anything that's shown as "standard" in the postage marker, then it's probably not important/urgent at the very least.
