@bcrypt I have the ability (from my days as a C instructor) to immediately spot the lack of a semicolon from three metres. I work mainly in Ruby and JS these days, so unfortunately it doesn't get much use. I do not have a name for it. 😔
@bcrypt when I was a law student I worked on editing the formatting of academic journal articles. I can tell whether the period after Id. is italicized or not in Times New Roman 10.
just migrated my account from mastodon.social to infosec.exchange. it was mostly painless BUT:
1. you will lose everyone you're following so be prepared to re-follow manually 2. you may lose some followers i guess if they don't allow following on other instances? 3. you will lose all your toots and need to resetup your profile :((
