The weekly trash truck is a curiosity, but a normal part of life. Primrose didn't know what to make of the street sweeper. :blobcatsurprised: For anyone worried about Lydia being left out of the whole-family cuddle pile yesterday, here's proof that she can get cuddles when she wants them. :blobcatsnuggle: A perfect afternoon for a family nap. :blobcatsleep: It still amuses me how they sort themselves by color/pattern. And of course poor Lydia, the only member of the family with her particular combination of color/pattern, was left out. :blobcatmelttears: These two were so small four years ago. And by "so small" I mean "the size of ordinary full-grown cats". :blobcatgiggle: There is a fine line between affection and violence in this household. :blobcatsnuggle: :blobcatknife: Lydia gets impatient waiting for her turn at the sink. Most of her vocalizations are little squeaks and chirps like this. :blobcathearthug: Lydia's belly isn't a trap. She's quite open and up-front about the fact that she'll attack if you touch her. How the tables have turned. Four years ago vs. today; Mina will always be the little spoon to Sumie. :blobcatsnuggle: Primrose was posing prettily on my desk for #WhiskersWednesday, so I decided to try to teach her how to play #MagicTheGathering but she wasn't particularly receptive. Mina is always sleepy (when she's not causing chaos that is). Yesterday she decided to explore the plant rack while I was eating dinner, and knocked a whole bunch of succulents onto the floor. The brothers love to sprawl out in the hallway choke points, but they can't stop their little sister Petunia from getting through. |
