The combat in #Starfield 99% of the time for me is: - Stand still, fire in their face, win easily It's so lifeless lol. Enemies hardly do anything on the ground. * While my companion repeats the same few voice lines, over and over. * That's if they're not stuck inside a wall.  @ThePlant twitter has historically failed to embed my sites in general, even tho I use their proprietary meta tags in addition to og and default html... Me: I am a strong, confident gamer. Also me: Sobs into my controller as the Armored Core 6 end boss defeats me for the 10th time in a row. Sometimes I get things wrong on @gamingonlinux but that’s fine, because even publications like PC Gamer don’t even get facts right. Fifa 23 already had EA anti-cheat, nothing first about this. EA made a big splash about it previously. Just fun to see that writers at publications many many many times my size don’t do basic googling background checks 😅 Gamescope is amazing, finally using it for the first time on desktop today. Entirely solves multi-monitor issues with War Thunder. No more mouse issues.

I was gonna play Starfield tonight but this whole Unity thing is true popcorn level stuff for the entire games industry. Unity has claws sunk into so many devs and it just keeps getting worse when you see their execs sold a whole lot of shares shortly before the revenue change news. Well, this is new.
