My parents and I split the utilities bill once I started working, but this was my initiative and it never got any further than this. @vriska These three need to get some therapy. Mom should not have hidden the deed status from the step dad She also shouldn't have allowed the rent idea if she didn't agree with it. Step dad should not have pulled some alpha bullshit power play by trying to charge rent. That's not how family works. Son should not have retaliated by then charging them rent. Again, family.
