gargron's right though, the way misskey implements most things isn't meant to be cross-platform
i only have one request of new fedi users: don't post "we're the vanguard, we're the first people using this, we'll have to figure out what we want this to be" and stuff like that, it is grating on a network that's 10+ years old.
 @lain over here there was an unofficial mandate from president administration for the media to write "gas clap" (or, I guess, gas eruption would be less literal translation) instead of "gas explosion". but now that the "special operation" in ukraine is a thing, the media are writing "gas explosion" again :thinkhappy:
