#Smithereen update: birthday reminders. Nothing new here, works just like VK's counterpart: if any of your friends have a birthday today, then this thing is shown for them, and if there aren't any, then the same for tomorrow, and if there aren't any either, it's not shown.

Also changed how the birthday is specified in the actor (schema:birthDate -> vcard:bday) to be compatible with Misskey.

Two small #Smithereen updates.
1. There are now empty states for all pages that display a list of things that can be empty.
2. All outgoing get requests for #activitypub objects are now signed by a service actor because Mastodon can be configured to require these requests to be signed, and federation didn't work with these instances. It does now.
