I cured my snoring last night! Combination of: orthopaedic pillow that keeps my shoulders and neck straight, a throat spray and a little nose strip!!!!!! Now to take one of those away and see if one is more effective than the other. And it was always a surprise when it happened because I trust everyone: you can’t live your life without trusting what they say to you But now I look at the inconsistencies in people as a sign that they don’t know who they are or what they are doing. I am always the same person with everyone because I trust them and in many cases I like them too; perhaps I am making mistakes by actually liking too many people and could be better by choosing to dislike more?
