It's now been 4 months since we started fostering the 3 newborn kittens and their mom. We expected that they all would get adopted within 4-6 weeks. Instead, only one kitten has been adopted so far. Over the past few days, we've stopped keeping them separated from our other (two) cats. Instead, all 5 cats (3 adults, 2 kittens) have the full run of the house. So far, no drama. Still available for adoption in the NYC area!) "How did we get all these little holes in the printer paper? We didn't even take it out of the box!" Turns out a ball on top of the pen is loads of fun! #CatsOfMastodon #FosterKittens (This is Twig and Matcha) I love how at the end of this video, as Widget (their mom) turns to look at me, one of the kittens (Matcha) sneaks up and smacks her in the back of the head. Such assholes! π I like to drop truth bombs on the kittens. Earlier I warned Matcha, "Once you're at the top, there's nowhere to go but down." My 12yo gave me A Look. "Everyone keeps calling me a 'dumbbell' and then laughing. I don't get it." "During this decade, 439 miles of new highways were built, and not one mile of new railroad or subway.
