Surprised that full list of #Unicode emoji's hasn't one to depict a network, let alone a decentralized network, or even one representing the internet.

I came no further than:

Given that #Fediverse is owned by no one, that it is indicative of a large group of people (millions), and has its own culture in a similar way that countries have flags, and religions their own emoji, the fedi should have its #emoji

@liaizon I think it makes it easier to roll to a specific spot. In Tbilisi you’ll probably see some with smoke coming out - people toss their cig butts in them. I think closing them up prevents a fire.

turns out they found me thru @compost mag, we tried to have a call yesterday but timezones and email got lost in a shuffle so we will try again monday. I guess my plan is to ramble about how cool the #fediverse is, and shout out some other alt projects like people working on #xmpp and #ssb
