history, by some definition of the term, is being made. we're watching a stream of the first over-the-internet SNES Doom match via XBAND.
the game patch required to support network play was essentially lost media, and despite snes doom going open source a few years ago which included the patch source code, the project wasn't in a state where the patch could be compiled and work on the retail cartridge rom. through painstaking work of a community member, in collaboration with the original developer of the doom port, the patch has been compiled and now works.

working on a rip of the Rusty PC-98 soundtrack because all the rips on youtube had broken ssgpcm (until recently, but the one someone uploaded is still not on hardware)
