systemd for Windows

Windows is such a cursed Linux distro. I've already installed all software using the package manager, and now I have to enable systemd. For some reason both winget and systemd are not enabled by default.

@inex I believe it's because it cannot operate in WSL (as sessions are temporary) and is not actually needed

@inex I think Linux can provide good battery life. For example, my notebook works better on NixOS than on Windows (including battery usage)
