  @darius I'm pretty happy with the smaller, easier to talk in room that Mastodon is. Like moving from a huge hotel bar to a neighborhood bar.  |
@darius Huh, would not have thought that article would wind up suggesting Discord. And I did always feel like part of the issue was the social web pretended to be everyone on the planet but wasn't,not by a long shot. This led to concern trolling and a lot of proxy arguments that could have gone more gracefully if everyone, truly everyone, was in the room.
