@mcc@mastodon.social and google makes it intentionally hard, especially on newer chromebooks, to run other OSes to get around this problem...

i have an old chromebook. tried to do everything i could to get any OS to run on it. even flashed a full custom BIOS. got absolutely nothing out of it
