Alright, I need a software recommendation from the fedi hivemind.

I'm looking for the photo&video management software, that runs on Linux. It better be a desktop application, but I'm desperate enough to use Docker and local-host the web service.

The features I really need:
— Support for heic photos and heiv videos
— Deduplication, so it can find visually similar photos

The features that would be nice to have
— Tags
— Automatic sorting of the files to the new destination
