 Especially for the abomination that is the modern web. I really can notice the difference between a website that uses vanilla JS and the one that has react and all other crap in a 2-megabyte bundle. The latter ones take a solid second or two between the page finishing loading (the browser progress bar disappearing) and becoming usable. |
And yes, before anyone asks: I'm most probably getting the 14" one. 16 GB of RAM on my current 2012 MBP is too little for Android development which I do still do occasionally. That beast of a CPU would definitely also be a plus.
