Most of people claiming to be "neutral" or "apolitical" aren't, in fact, "neutral". They simply pretend to not see how f...ed up the current situation is.
Most active contributors to *certain project* are LGBT+ (myself included). Those "apolitical" people Instead of apologizing when they make a mistake (hey, we're all human after all), start crying how everything is "political" these days (boo hoo) if you call them out on their bullshit.
I usually give them a chance, but most often than not, I end up banning them from our discord server (where we exchange information and help troubleshoot issues). If they don't like it, they can GTFO.
Basic human rights are not up for a debate, so I'm happy that someone with so much influence in FOSS community talks openly about it. Thank you!
