I would like to do something better for #Smithereen translation than to have translators send pull requests after manually editing json files. Should I self-host Weblate, or should I apply for Crowdin "free for open source projects" plan?

I'm also in the process of changing my translation file format. It turns out my custom json structure can't work with any of those services. Who would've known...
