Not sure about Facebook, but VK has this and it's fairly useful. This is the place where you keep track of any comment threads you've participated in. Posts are sorted by last comment time.

No, Facebook doesn't have this, or it's buried deep enough that I couldn't find it in the 2 minutes I just spent there.
