Might you explain my next step here? (please see screenshot below)

I want to create content using the birds all around where I live and on the natural lakes and rivers nearby. I want to make 20 to 25 min long videos, post two to three per week.

Mostly everything about the Fediverse is entirely new to me. I look at radio button lists and pull down menus -- and have no clue what the choices mean. I read everything I'm sent, watch videos...trying not to conclude I'm hopeless.
