@humanetech I have my own idea about linking accounts, but I feel like it doesn't really fit what bluesky is trying to achieve. It's more about importing your existing connections into the fediverse, so in a sense, it's centralized around your fediverse identity.

@NickolasGir people are terrrrrrible with credentials. They lose them all the time. When I worked at VK, there was a dedicated department that restored people's access to their accounts. Now imagine if someone loses their private key.
