@boxo well so what are they going to do? Sue me for using 11px Tahoma? Or for starting the menu items with the word "My"? Or for using a 2007-style gradient on the header? There are only so many ways to design a social media website.
This whole concept of this so called "intellectual property" is pretty lame tbh. As was shown by several cases of different people independently inventing the same thing at the same time.
