@yogthos The only resource I can see being if they locked down semiconductor production. We would probably lose a fight there. China is pretty evenly matched and advantage goes to the defender as they say... You could argue that Taiwan would be the defender, but they lack the active forces. The mountains aren't tall enough to resupply safely. I could be wrong, and we certainly don't mind fighting a losing battle...
