@Gargron @nightpool yeah, that I figured out a couple months ago and everything started working again after I added it. Right now posts and likes do federate in both directions, but follows do not. There's no problem with my nginx/SSL/DNS configuration because I received both these posts. I'm out of ideas at this point.
