@ajroach42 Giving it a listen, and these are sounding pretty damn good. The clarify and separation are astounding. Mono mixes are very indistinct & lacking treble in comparison -- though this could be more about mastering for vinyl, which doesn't have the range of digital. Seems like they pumped up the loudness, which I don't love. And some songs (Taxman) have the bass too high in the mix IMO. @ajroach42 Last christmas I nicked Revolver and Sgt. Peppers from my dad's collection :-). |
