In CS2 Sharon says something like "your number doesn't have anything to do with your combat prowess, but in McBurn's case he's No. 1 and actually does happen to be the strongest," which I was thinking implies that she knows who everyone is—but she's presumably only talking about Enforcers, not Anguis.
